Kenyan comedian Eric Omondi has said he will auction three of his shoes so as to raise money to help fund musician Stivo Simple Boy

In an interview, Eric said that the auction is set to take place on July 3.

The comedian was seen wearing enormous white shoes on Thursday as he headed out to Tanzania for a show.

''I will be selling these shoes at an auction next week on Monday and all the proceeds will go to Stivo Simple Boy,” Eric said.

The three pairs of shoes named by the comedian are popular among his fans and social media followers.

Eric said he will support Stivo Simple Boy after visiting him at his home.

The rapper fell out with his management and lamented that he was sleeping hungry.

This comes days after Stivo's contract with Men in Business was terminated.

In a post shared by MIB, they gave the musician 35 days to respond to the termination and asked for his cooperation during the period.

"Termination of the contract will be effective as of July 31, hence we have 35 days of tabling both parties' interests for a smooth transition. During the process, all parties will be paused and a lawful process of events will be followed in accordance (sic)," the statement said.
