Nominated Senator Karen Nyamu has weighed n in following new development in the mysterious death of interior designer Jeff Mwathi.

In an update, Nyamu lamented that Jeff’s Family will never be served justice following the manner in which the case has been handled.

The senator was referring to a similar case where a University student fell from the 8th floor of a building and so far five suspects are already in police custody for questioning.

She questioned why no suspect was ever arrested in Jeff Mwathi’s case.

"This is why Jeff's death will always raise more questions than answers. After an incident like that everyone in that house is a suspect. They get cleared later if they're innocent. No single arrest, no story on the circumstances leading to Jeff's 'Suicide' by those he was with. No story whatsoever. Nothing? Red flag" Nominated Senator Karen Nyamu weighs on Jeff's justice.

The deceased, Jeff Mwathi was Samidoh’s nephew who has a close relationship with the Senator.

On Tuesday, a similar case was reported in Kiambu where a 23-year-old lady allegedly fell from the eighth floor of a building on Monday.

The incident led to the arrest of 5 people who were with the lady. The 5 are being treated as suspects by the police who have locked them at Karuri police station.

Speaking to journalists on Tuesday, Kiambaa deputy county commissioner Peter Maina said investigations of what happened before the lady identified as Catherine Njeri died have started.

“The police have started the probe. The suspects will record statements and help the detectives with all the details they will need,” he said.

Just the other day, DJ Fatxo put out a detailed statement after being cleared in Jeff Mwathi's mysterious death.
