On Monday, Mugithi music star Samuel Muchoki aka Samidoh revealed that his family was travelling.
The father of five children posted a picture of himself with his wife Edday Nderitu, their three children, and the boss of the company rumoured to be sponsoring the trip while at the JKIA airport.
"Samburu trip," he wrote under the photo that he posted on his Facebook page. As expected, hundreds of netizens flocked under the post to express different opinions while some of them even dragged Samidoh's '2nd wife', Karen Nyamu into the conversation.
Another group of netizens rushed to the page of the nominated senator to inform her about the new development.
"Wake up people are going to samburu ma'am," one Facebook user wrote to Nyamu on her page.
In her response, the mother of three revealed where Eddy's family was headed. In addition, she recognized his wife Samidoh, Edday Nderitu as his first wife.
"It's USA not Samburu lol and the old man hasn't gone, he was escorting the 1st lady and children," she replied.
On Instagram, another netizen asked the senator when Samidoh plans to take her on a trip.
She replied, "You wouldn't have asked the person who is taking us, he has a schedule. If he tells you to come, tell me."
For a long time, there has been an alleged dispute between Senator Nyamu and Edday over who is the best wife for Samidoh.
Earlier this year, Edday wrote a long message to Samidoh on his social media pages warning him that she is never ready to raise their children in a polygamous marriage.
This was after the musician was seen in Nyamu's company despite the senator initially claiming that their relationship had come to an end.
Edday alleged that Mrs. Nyamu as an immoral person who does not respect her family.
She pointed out that the last three years of her marriage have been full of pain and humiliation. However, she said despite everything she has remained loyal and has continued to support the work of the Kikuyu music artist.
