DP Gachagua hangs out with Sauti Sol and Davido in Botswana

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is in Botswana for the Forbes ‘30 Under 30’ Africa Summit. He is accompanied by second Lady Pastor Dorcas Rigathi

While there, the DP met up with Sauti Sol, who has been seen in pictures spending time together. 

Sauti Sol spend time together with Davido who admitted to listening to their music.

"Beautiful moment here with @davido. He mentioned that he actually was listening to us when he wrote ‘Picasso’. TIMELESS is a great album. We salute you!" wrote Davido

The band was honored to have performed at the summit.

"It was an unforgettable experience to share our talents with so many incredible young minds, entrepreneurs, innovators, leaders and game-changers from around the world."

Gachagua has also met Nigerian artiste Davido.

The DP was also engaged in an Amapiano dance.

Speaking about the dance, Gachagua said "It was time to get down to the business of kuvunja mifupa, the Setswana style, with our host, H.E President Dr Eric Mokgweetsi Masisi, and his wife H.E Neo Jane Masisi at Main Mall in Gaborone, Botswana. My wife, Pastor Dorcas and I had a wonderful moment enjoying the rejuvenating jig with vibrant young people who were bustling with energy this evening ahead of the Forbes Under 30 Summit Africa,"

The Forbes Under 30 Summit Africa is a four day event which kicked off in Botswana’s economic and political capital, Gaborone, on Sunday.
