On Massawe Jappani's show this week, Mr. Eliud Simiyu aka Jesus of Tongaren or Bungoma Jesus opened up about various issues concerning his life.

In the interview, Mr. Simiyu revealed that he did not go far in his studies. The old man from Bungoma who claims that he is Jesus Christ who has come back to earth for the second time to save the world, noted that the Bible does not speak about the history of Jesus' studies.

"In the Bible, where did you see the history of Jesus reading?" Simiyu was questioned when asked about the level of his studies.

The father of eight revealed that he only managed to study up to the first form and after that, he could not continue.

Simiyu said that despite not studying much, he managed to get a special job to liberate the world which he enjoys.

"I did not study world studies very much. I arrived in the eighth grade. I joined high school but remained in the first form. I thank God for this job," he said.

Despite not having much education, Mr. Simiyu noted that he has been able to visit all nations in the world spiritually.

"At this time I have traveled all the nations of the world spiritually and even the world is watching me now on television," he said.

He revealed that he launched his church 'Jesus Church' in 2009 and has been promoting the gospel for more than a decade.

He said that his church has twelve prophets with other partners. In the interview, broadcaster Massawe advised Mr. Simiyu to reduce the consumption of Busaa to avoid being readmitted to the hospital.

Jesus of Tongaren, however, seemed to distance himself from the allegations of taking the traditional brew and said, "I am drunk with the wine of the Father's Heaven."

When Mr. Simiyu was asked if his children identify themselves as sons of Jesus at school, he made it clear that they always use the surname 'Simiyu'.

Many listeners who called the studio to comment on Jesus of Tongaren however seemed to ignore him calling him a joker.
