Why Mama Diamond and her husband blocked each other

Uncle Shamte, the man who is married to Diamond Platnumz's mother has spoken after she blocked him on social media.

Shamte has been Diamond's step father for over five years now.

When asked by journalists why he recently got blocked by Mama Diamond, he said;

"Thats a normal thing. These things happen, he is human and I am human. We have not been posting each other for the longest time. Social media is an non issue and we both have a business together that we are handling."

The two had also unfollowed each other on social media.

"Just follow me on social media, I will tell you the truth," he added.

Asked whether social media users are pitting them together, he said;

"We are grown people. We don't have differences. Differences for what? "

Last year, the couple celebrated five years together.

"1 Oct 2017 – 1 Oct 2022 Upendo upo pale pale haujahama wala kutikisika… Five years, 60 months, 260 weeks, or 1,825 days—however you count it, it all adds up to love. I love you my wife," wrote Uncle Shamte
