Former presidential candidate George Wajackoyah has decided to intervene in the dispute between musician Diamond Platnumz and his step-father Abdul.

Wajackoyah, who at the end of this week was in Tanzania as a lawyer for a political refugee, MP Godbless Lema had the opportunity to talk to the media and gave an example that his relationship with his father years ago was like that of Diamond and his old man now.

Wajackoyah said he was ready to reconcile the two, and advised Diamond not to carry the father's hatred in his heart and that he should not wait until death occurs to seek reconciliation.

He said he is ready to meet Diamond anywhere, even if it means paying for his plane fare to New York to reconcile them.

He also said that if Diamond denies his call, then he will try to reach his old man and invite him to try to find an agreement between him and his son.

"No matter how rich he is, ask me. I was like him, I didn't like my old man. I hated him for rejecting my mother. But I went and talked to him, he gave me a plot of land where I buried him when he died and blessings started following me," Wajackoyah said.

"Tell this young Diamond, the grave is richer than him, he should not wait until it is time to go to the grave. I ask him to come and meet me and I will pay for his flight so we can talk about things and finish this problem of his old man. And if he doesn't want to, I call old man Kenya to apologize on behalf of Diamond," he added.

The politician also claimed that he is the greatest lawyer to represent other musical stars like Koffi Olomide, saying that if Diamond is looking for him, it will also be another good opportunity for him to meet those other stars.

At the moment, Mzee Abdul is suffering from skin cancer where in a recent interview he said he depends on the help of good Samaritans for medicine.
