Nandy Unveils 1st artiste signed under her label complete with an EP

Tanzanian singer Faustina Charles Mfinanga aka Nandy has officially Unveiled the first artiste signed under her record Label - The African Princess Label.

Nandy introduced her signee Yammi TZ in a star-studded event that was hosted by Wassafi FM’s Lil Ommy in Dar Es Salaam

Yammi was ushered into the music industry complete with an EP dubbed Three Hearts.

The EP has three songs namely: Namchukia, Hanipendi, and Tunapendezana

The introduction of Yammi into the music industry come days after Nandy launched her record Label.

“my @yammitz usiniangushe karibu kwenye ulimwengu wa muziki!!!….,” Nandy shared.

She went on thank stakeholders who graced the official introduction of her first female artiste.

“Nitoe shukrani zangu za dhati kwa media zote blogs zote wasanii wenzangu na watu wote mlio onyesha upendo wenu mkubwa kwa mdogo wetu! Tumefarijika sana sana! tuseme tu tuna mengi sana huu mwaka kama label na ana mengi sana yakuwaonyesha kama msanii mwenye kiu!

Adding; “Na kwa upendeleo kabisa tunashukuru media partner wetu @cloudsfmtz kwa kuwa pamoja na sisi jana shukrani sana! Tunasema asante na mungu awabariki!,”.

In a separate post, Nandy gushed over her new artiste saying she is happy to see the reception she (Yammi) had been accorded.

“Weeee yammi weeee 🙌🏽 me na furaha ujue!! Sijalala leo ndoto yako imetimia ila yangu imetia zaidi! Nakuombea mno mdogo wangu! Huu wimbo ndo wimbo wangu pendwa…..🙌🏽,” Nandy wrote.

An elated Nandy disclosed that owning a record label is a dream come true for her as she looks forward to supporting other talents.

“Ninayo furaha kubwa kuileta kwenu Rasmi THE AFRICAN PRINCESS LEBEL…! 2023 lebel ambayo itahusisha wanawake tu! Kama tunavo ona industry ya watoto wa kike ni chache sana na uthubutu umekuwa ni mdogo so tunaimani na kuomba the African princess lebel itaongeza wingi wa vipaji vya watoto wa kike waliopo mtaaani wenye ndoto kubwa ya kuwa wanamziki,” Nandy shared in part.

Nandy has joined the growing list of musicians who own record labels in East Africa. Among them Diamond Platnumz, Rayvanny, Alikiba, Sauti Sol, King Kaka, Khaligraph Jones, and Otile Brown, among others.
