Zuchu reveals the trait that made her fall for Diamond

'Sukari' singer Zuchu has opened up about her dating life with Diamond Platnumz being difficult.

Speaking ahead of their New Year's Eve show in Zanzibar at the Ramadi Resort, Zuchu told Wasafitv that their one-year dating has had its ups and downs.

She has said that she has been with Diamond for more than a year now and she does not believe that she has been able to last with her that long because their relationship has had so many conflicts.

“Mimi na Diamond mpaka sasa tuna mwaka na miezi mitatu, mwanzoni nilikuwa naogopa sana kutokana na status yake kwenye jamii lakini we are good.”

The 'Nasubiri' singer added that she has threatened to leave Diamond many times, but he comes and comforts her, and she changes her mind.

She attributed the threats to break up because of the attraction he commands from many adoring girls. 

Zuchu admitted to snooping through his phone to find things that did not please her. 

“Kuna siku nilijaribu sana kupekua simu ya Diamond, nilikoma na sirudii tena.”

Zuchu defended her actions saying she is a jealous lover.

She added that she will never go through his phone again.

“Ni kujitafutia tu matatizo ya moyo, sirudi tena,” Zuchu also does not want dating advise anymore from anyone.

“Niwaombe tu marafiki zangu, msinishauri kuhusu Diamond maana hata siwezi kuwaelewa, ya kwetu mtuachie wenyewe."

Zuchu also gives an insight into the type of man she prefers, perhaps Diamond is this way.

“Mimi napenda sana mwanaume mwenye nguvu, sio kwa maana ya pesa ila mwanaume ambaye akisema kitu nitamsikiliza, sipendi mwanaume mpole.”
