Kanye West becoming a Christian has allowed us to see a new side of the rapper who has arguably had more written about him than most rappers combined.
The man was recently a guest on James Corden’s segment Airpool Karaoke, where he revealed a lot about his finances and his plans for his family.
The born again rapper has claimed his faith in God helped him get out of KSh 3.6 billion debt. The American rapper said he made KSh 11.9 billion shillings in 2018 but still ended up in debt.
The 42-year-old said, ‘Last year I made KSh 11.9 billion and still ended up KSh 3.6 billion in debt, this year (2019), I looked up and I just got KSh 7.02 billion returned to me on my tax, and people say don’t talk about these numbers.’
He added, ‘No, people need to hear someone – who has been put into debt by the system – talk about this kind of numbers now that they’re serviced to Christ,” he added.
Kanye West also proclaimed that his hugely successful Yeezy brand is worth Sh300 billion claiming God was showing it off to show he was working for him.
The rapper also explained that he felt like he had been married to socialite Kim Kardashian for “500 years” shockingly saying that they plan to have seven children together.
‘We are in agreement with Kim that having seven children would be ideal,’ he said. The pair are already parents to North, 6; Saint, 3; Chicago, 1; and Psalm, 5 months.
