Murder suspect Jowie Irungu says he is battling depression.
In an Instagram post, Jowie shared a black and white photo of himself with a captions;
“Depression is Real. PTSD is Real
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a disorder that develops in some people who have experienced a shocking, scary, or dangerous event.
It is natural to feel afraid during and after a traumatic situation.
Some of the symptoms are Nightmare and Anger.
Jowie is charged with the murder of business lady Monicah Kimani together with his ex-fiance Jacque Maribe.
He spent almost two years behind bars and was released by High Court Judge James Wakiaga on a Sh2 million cash bail on February 13, 2020.
His fans have advised him to stay away from social media and allow his wife Ella to manage him to avoid reading the negative comments that are made about him.
