Harambee Stars aim at Chipolopolo, Striker Michael Olunga Confident Of A Win

Harambee Stars will today take on Zambian Chipolopolo in round two Group E 2017 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier at the Nyayo National stadium at 4pm.

Harambee Stars last qualified for AFCON in 2004 while Chipolopolo boast 17 appearances in the continental event. The teams are pooled in Group E with Guinea Bissau who will be hosting Congo- Brazzaville.

Gor Mahia striker, Michael Olunga is confident that the Harambee strikers will do the job. He has been included in the squad alongside Jacob Kelli, Allan Wanga and Dennis Oliech.

Speaking to Olunga said, “The striking department is looking good, and any partnership will do the job. Oliech, Were, Keli, Wanga are all good players. It does not matter whether I am given that starting opportunity or not, what I know is that we have people, who can do the job.

He asks fans to come out in large numbers and cheer Harambee Stars.  Harambee Stars coach Bobby Williamson has released his line-up below
