It appears that hunky Rwandan singer may be headed to the gospel industry.
The US based singer is said to be hitting the studio hard for a gospel album. Even his Instagram lately shows us how spiritual he has become, captioning one picture with a mic and a holy scripture.
Meddy back in 2016 hinted he may switch to gospel. He told Rwandan radio station KT Radio in 2018 that “One day I will have to switch genres and focus on gospel music as one way to thank God for blessing my songs to be loved by music lovers. Every time I sing a gospel song, it becomes a massive hit overnight,”
His fans under the comments section of his latest photos are now asking him to go to that genre and that he is such a spiritual guy full songs of praises, and very humble.
A list of his gospel hits include Ungirira Ubuntu, Jamboree featuring The Meddy, Ntacyo Nzaba featuring Adrien and Holy Spirit.
The source says he is releasing a new song with his new wife Mimi that is gospel. This will now be his fourth gospel hit.
Dear Classic 105 fam, would you love to see Meddy move to gospel? His angelic voice would certainly make us interested.
