Yvonne Okwara has transformed right before our eyes and it’s easy to understand why. She has been putting in the work in the gym for months now.
As a way of celebrating her birthday, Yvonne involved her fans in a questions and answer segment in her Insta stories and below is her answer on how she has lost weight.
“I changed my eating habits cut out sugars, fatty foods. So no cakes, chips and bacon which I now eat once in a while.
Take lots of water and fruits and vegetables. Do less red meat more chicken and fish.”
Yvonne went ahead to answer a fan who inquired how much she weighs and what her BMI is
“I am 57 kgs and my BMI is 22.8 I am 36 years.”
