Celebrated Kenyan deejay and entertainer DJ Stylez and his young brother and rapper Madtraxx recently lost their elder sister Njeri Muigai, which was a sad and very heartbreaking time of their lives.
The family went through a heartache after realizing that their beautiful soul is no more after she was found unconscious on the bathroom floor at her house and to add to the pain, Njeri was 8 months pregnant.
Njeri was working as a Psychologist, with the Ministry of Health, Kiambu County, at the time of her death. She was laid to rest on April 25 at an emotional service where fellow artistes, and entertainers came to show support to the Muigai family.
DJ Stylez recently took time to thank all the fans and friends who were there for them through the trying time, with this warm post:
Dear Friends, We would like to sincerely thank you for the support you accorded us during this tough time. What we have been through, is something i would never wish on anyone. This has been the toughest thing we have ever experienced, and shall continue to stay in our hearts a long time. You stood with us and helped us make this journey easier. Your support helped take the pain away, and for that we are thankful and grateful. Thank you for standing with us. Thank you for supporting us. Thank you for being there. Thank you for easing the pain. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
Though the pain of losing the sister may not fade so soon, the brothers appreciate each other every day. Allan Muigai real name, DJ Stylez turned a year older and to celebrate the day, Madtraxx shared a loving message to his best friend.
Madtraxx shared a cute photo from back in the day while resting on his brother’s shoulder, and a warm message that read:
Happy Birthday Big Bro!!! It’s an honour to be your brother and I promise to have your back through it all. May you continue to soar and blow many many more
