Hydrating  should not only be for days where you have a drag due to a hangover, it should be a day to day activity.

Putting that aside however, when you are out on that drinking spree over the weekend, make sure to have a bottle of water every time.

This not only saves you from the hangover, it also keeps you from having dehydration.

2. Add sugars to your system

What intoxicants does to your  body is that they leave you dehydrated and low on sugars.

Therefore, taking foods and drinks high on sugars balances your sugar intake in the body.

5. Avoid Caffeine

Caffeine should be off your system and we will tell you why.

A weak cup of coffee may be okay, but an entire pot will only dehydrate you more and it may make your headache worse.

This is the opposite of what you want right now. Even though it is tempting to grab a cup to wake up, it is not the best idea.
