As you get on to a new week, one may be derailed from the fatigue, exhaustion and hangover from the weekend. That should not be the case.
To be honest, there really is no remedy to cure hangovers, but there are ways to help you get of that slow dragging day after an eventful weekend.
Well here are ways and some of the tricks to get you off that weekend hangover!
1. Always hydrate
Hydrating should not only be for days where you have a drag due to a hangover, it should be a day to day activity.
Putting that aside however, when you are out on that drinking spree over the weekend, make sure to have a bottle of water every time.
This not only saves you from the hangover, it also keeps you from having dehydration.
2. Add sugars to your system
What intoxicants does to your body is that they leave you dehydrated and low on sugars.
Therefore, taking foods and drinks high on sugars balances your sugar intake in the body.
Take a fruit juice for instance, it makes a difference on the sugars.
3. Work out plan
Home exercises, yoga or simply going to the gym increases the body’s metabolism to continue with the day to day activities.
Working out may boost your energy to start a new week full of confidence and motivation.
4. Get good rest
Now this is the part I may want to insist on.
Good and enough sleep is very important to get you off a good start of the week.
It is important to have a good rest before you start off that new week so that it may be very productive.
5. Avoid Caffeine
Caffeine should be off your system and we will tell you why.
A weak cup of coffee may be okay, but an entire pot will only dehydrate you more and it may make your headache worse.
This is the opposite of what you want right now. Even though it is tempting to grab a cup to wake up, it is not the best idea.
