Radio King Maina Kageni has advised men to provide for their women if they expect submission.
According to Maina, it does not make sense for a man to expect a woman to submit yet fail to do the bare minimum for her.
"How can you be submitted to if you do not provide for a woman?
The moment you borrow money from a woman respect goes out of the window.
A woman should never pay rent, school fees maybe food.
The biggest expenses should be catered for by a man. Submission comes naturally if a man treats his woman like a queen."
Mwalimu King'angi was of a different opinion
'Submission means accepting that a man is the one who wears 'trousers' in the relationship.
If he says 'Do not go out, you do not go.'
If you earn more than him, you should still remember he is the man.
What does money have to do with anything?' Questioned Mwalimu
To which Maina responded
